It’s just me — which means you work directly with the person doing the work. I take the time to get to know you and your business, so the support you get is relevant, practical, and grounded in reality.

I don’t rely on generic advice, template libraries, or box-ticking exercises. I’m approachable, I listen, and I get involved.

I’m happy to get stuck into the day-to-day, nitty-gritty tasks that come with HR and running a business, whether that’s setting up HR from scratch, drafting offer letters, managing holiday, supporting disciplinary processes, navigating tricky conversations, or helping with general administration and projects.

If you need help, and it falls within HR or people-focused operational support, I’ll step in and help where it’s needed.
